Principal Investigator
Dr. Razmig Krumian is a board-certified family medicine physician with over 25 years of experience in providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from A.T. Still University’s Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1999. Following medical school, he completed his internship at Botsford General Hospital in Michigan and his residency in family medicine at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center, where he served as Chief Resident in 2001.

Dr. Stephanie Mandelman is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist with over 25 years of experience, dedicated to providing comprehensive and personalized care to women throughout all stages of life. She founded Westlake Women’s Health Specialists in 2006, a boutique-style private practice in Westlake Village, California, where she emphasizes a holistic approach to women’s health. Dr. Mandelman earned her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, graduating magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Clark University in 1995. She obtained her medical degree from Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in 1995. Following medical school, she completed her OB/GYN internship at the University of Southern California and her residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDN).

Dr. Elvira Alexandrovna Lindwall, M.D., is a board-certified rheumatologist with over 30 years of experience in internal medicine and rheumatology. She is known for her compassionate, patient-focused approach and her expertise in diagnosing and managing a wide range of autoimmune and musculoskeletal conditions. Dr. Lindwall earned her medical degree from Kuban State Medical University in Russia in 1994 and completed an internship in dermatology there in 1995. She later moved to the United States, completing her internal medicine residency at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Lafayette from 2007 to 2010, followed by a rheumatology fellowship at the Ochsner Clinic Foundation in New Orleans from 2010 to 2012.

Dr. Ashraf N. Nashed is a seasoned interventional cardiologist with over 40 years of experience, currently practicing in Thousand Oaks and Simi Valley, California. He specializes in diagnosing and treating a wide range of cardiovascular conditions, including coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, and hypertension. Dr. Nashed earned his medical degree from Cairo University Faculty of Medicine in 1986. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Alton Ochsner Medical Foundation, followed by further residency training at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine at Chattanooga. He pursued fellowships in cardiovascular disease at the Cardiovascular Institute of the South and the University of Alabama School of Medicine.

Dr. Edward Barry Portnoy is a seasoned internal medicine specialist with over five decades of experience in adult primary care. He earned his medical degree from the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center in 1974 and completed his residency at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center.
